A focused brand identity usually takes three to six weeks. A full brand strategy and identity system typically takes five to eight weeks or more, depending on research, the number of applications and how quickly decisions are made. A logo on its own can be faster, but rushing strategy usually costs time later.

Typical stages

1. Discovery and workshop (week 1)

We learn about the business, its market and its ambitions, usually in a live workshop with the founders.

2. Strategy (weeks 1 to 3)

We define purpose, positioning, audience, personality and messaging, then present the strategy for approval before any design begins.

3. Identity design (weeks 3 to 6)

Logo concepts, typography, color and graphic elements, followed by refinement rounds.

4. Applications and guidelines (final weeks)

The identity is applied to the agreed touchpoints, such as packaging, social media or stationery, and organized into guidelines and final files.

Our timelines

As a guide: Standard projects take three to four weeks, Premium three to six weeks and Iconic five to eight weeks. We confirm the exact schedule once we understand your scope.

What slows projects down

Too many decision-makers, unclear feedback, missing information (like product details or dielines for packaging) and changing the brief halfway through. The fix is simple: agree on who decides, give feedback in one place and approve the strategy before design starts.
