About the project

Legacy Events plans and delivers experiences for corporate and government clients in Saudi Arabia. Its work brings together planning, creative direction, and technology to coordinate complex events.

We defined the brand’s internal strategy and positioning, then developed a visual identity built around clarity, coordination, and innovation. A circular symbol connects the system to the idea of people coming together.

The strategic direction

The strategic direction brought together creative event experiences and structured delivery. For corporate and government clients, the brand needed to communicate clarity, reliability, and innovation.

We defined a personality that is innovative, reliable, adaptive, passionate, and professional. The identity translates that direction through connected circular forms, clear typography, and a restrained palette energized by lime green.

The circle became the starting point for the identity: a form associated with unity, gathering, and shared experiences.

From ancient arenas to modern stadiums and cultural venues, circular spaces bring people together. That idea connects the symbol directly to Legacy Events’ work.

The Legacy Events symbol is built from four circle sizes (a, b, c, and d), using proportions informed by the golden ratio.

Interconnected forms express coordination: separate parts coming together as one. The geometry gives the identity a clear structure and connects it to the spaces where people gather.

Construction lines define the width, height and alignment of the Legacy Events symbol.

Color emotion guide

Gray. Its steady, neutral tone gives proposals and schedules a sense of order.

Soft White. An open background keeps event details easy to read and gives photography room on the page.

Deep Black. The dark ground gives the white wordmark weight and presence, especially on venue signage.

Dynamic Lime Green. A flash of lime draws the eye to a message or a cue. It brings the energy of a live event into an otherwise quiet palette.

01

How are you different from an agency or a freelancer?

A freelancer gives you files. An agency gives you an account manager. We give you a small senior team that stays with you from strategy to launch, with identity, packaging, motion, 3D and campaigns all made under one roof, around one idea.

02

Which package is right for us?

Standard provides the essential foundation. Premium adds deeper strategy and a fuller identity. Iconic extends the strategic and creative scope. We’ll recommend the right level after reviewing your brief.

03

How long does it take?

Typical timelines are 3–4 weeks for Standard, 3–6 weeks for Premium and 5–8 weeks for Iconic. We confirm the schedule with the scope.

04

Do you work internationally?

Yes. We’ve built brands for clients in 30+ countries, from Riyadh and Dubai to London and Los Angeles, in Arabic, English or both. Workshops run live over video, and you’ll always know where the project stands.

05

Can you build our website?

Yes. If you’d like a website, you can add one to any branding package. We can build it with custom code or in Framer, and we’ll help you choose what fits your project. Premium and Iconic already include website and email design guides.

06

How do we get started?

Send us a short brief. We’ll book a call, then share a proposal with scope, timeline and investment. Every project starts with a brand workshop, and you review and shape each stage with us, so there’s never a big reveal to worry about.
